Bug: Save Brand Style button overlaps color options (z-index issue)

The "Save Brand Style" button in the branding settings overlaps the color options (Proposal Colors), making it impossible to click or see the colors properly. This appears to be a z-index/layering issue. User provided images showing the button sitting directly on top of the color swatches. User is on a Mac using Chrome.
